I’m concerned about the lack of parking and more apartments going up. I’m also disappointed about the recent decision to charge to rent the clubhouse. Losing a perk like that makes the high rent less competitive with other options. When I first moved in, there was much more sense of community than there is now. I like living here but I may be exploring other options. An incentive on rent for re-upping the lease would go a long way in swaying my decision to stay.

Excellent experience! Within an hour of submitting the maintenance request, I received a knock on the door, they identified the problem (a faulty gasket in the kitchen sink) replaced/fixed it within minutes, and were on their way! Thank You!
