More camera monitoring near each elevator. Making tenants more accountable cleaning behind there pets. Tow trucks making a living in our garage if the tenant doesn't call to have a car removed they shouldn't have accsess.

I would’ve liked to have been made aware of when the appointment was confirmed. I’m assuming the maintenance was done but since it’s a water filter on my refrigerator, I’m not sure.

I would’ve liked to had a response to the ticket confirming when the appointment would take place.

The maintenance team is always very helpful and friendly. I hate bothering them because some things id rather do on my own. But whenever they do come, its always a pleasant experience and when they leave im in a better mood than i was prior! I give it up to the Portico Maintenance team. They the best hands down!

Elijah and the other employee (didn’t get his name) did an excellent job in replacing our refrigerator. It was quick, friendly, and communicative. 10/10 maintenance service and turnaround time.

I appreciate my maintenance man being handsome! 😍
