Elijah and the other employee (didn’t get his name) did an excellent job in replacing our refrigerator. It was quick, friendly, and communicative. 10/10 maintenance service and turnaround time.

They were great! I received a call shortly after submitting the request. My refrigerator was repaired in less than 30 minutes. They were professional, friendly and very respectful, and I have had no problems since the repair. 😀

I think just having more communication when a maintenance member might be coming by or when they did. The Latch app doesn’t always log every entrance or and it was unclear if anyone came by

The staff was very helpful, particularly Hanaya.The online application process, however, was not user-friendly. This is coming from an educated person who uses a computer every day. I recommend developing a pstreamline rocess or info guide that would help applicants navigate the online application portals, such as when you come upon issues and there's no human being to assist. Having to deal with AI in those moments, makes it even more frustrating. That process was almost a deal breaker.

The maintenance team went through the process of trying to fix the ice maker. They ended up putting a new one in. The guys were friendly and helpful.

it took 1-2 weeks for the request to be filled, but it was not an urgent request.we have a dog so we do not select the option for maintenance to enter the apt without us here
