Overall I have loved my experience here at Portico and always recommend to friends to consider moving here. It’s a really nice community and the management team is great. The building has been kept clean and the amenities work. My only concerns have been the rash of break-ins and some homeless people living out of their cars. I’d love to see the security folks be a little more visible at night throughout the community streets. I understand that you can’t prevent everything but presence deters a lot. I hope to renew again soon!

Housekeeping to be more attentive all recreational area, especially to the Dog area. Also, Forbid tenants allowing their dogs on the furniture. It’s repulsive to sit and enjoy the scenery with sog hair on you

No note was left that they entered the house to fix anything. So I don’t know when they came to fix the issue. Also I wanted to know what the issue was.
