This facility has taken my dad a couple of times, he is challenging since he has some addictions I can't control myself all the time. They have been generous enough to care for him even through all these hard times. I was able to set him up at home appropriately and they were so patient with me. Thank you

I visit here from the church about 3 times a week, and one thing I can say about Poway Healthcare is that from the moment I walk in up to the moment I get into the residents' rooms, I feel so welcomed. Everyone has a smile on their face, which I think is very important because I believe that smiles are contagious, and if the staff are happy, then the residents of this facility will also be happy. I hope Poway healthcare keeps this positivity up!

My dad came into this facility completely paralyzed from his chest and down. No one could tell him what was wrong with him. He's been transferred from one hospital to another, and the doctors ran every test they could but could not find out the reason for his paralysis. One year later, my dad walked out of Poway Healthcare Center without any walking devices, which was his dream. I am so so so grateful for the amazing teamwork that led to his miraculous recovery.

My husband was at this facility back in December, where he made great progress with his health. He was sent home after about a month and a half of being at the facility. However, he began declining at home, so I reached out to the administrative team, and within a day, my husband was back in Poway Healthcare Center and getting the proper care that he needs. I am beyond grateful for their perseverance to make sure that each of their patients make it home as safely as possible, and I know I can count on them to help him get his strength back so I can take him back home.

My cousin was supposed to move into an assisted living this week, however, he got a UTI and got too weak, and ended up suffering from a fall. I've been visiting him everyday since he was admitted into the rehab facility, and everyone at Poway Healthcare Center has been so helpful. I just know that they will do everything they can to make sure that he can transition into the assisted living as smoothly as possible.

My wife and I visited a long-time friend here who recently had a stroke, and when I first heard the news, I was fearful that he would be paralyzed and wouldn't be able to speak with me. But to my surprise, he's getting serious therapy here and is in better shape than I expected. He seems happy and the staff is very friendly. I got the chance to talk and joke around with a few of the employees, and the facility just has a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave.

I am very happy at Poway Healthcare Center. I have been living here for about 2.5 years now, but my health is getting stable enough so I plan to discharge soon and move into a ranch. I will be sad when I leave Poway because I have made so many great friends. Not only with the other residents, but with the employees as well.

I am very thankful that the staff here at Poway Healthcare do everything they can to take care of my brother. He can be difficult, but the staff has grown to love him and adapted to his personality in order to ensure they give him the best care they can provide.

I have stayed at Poway Healthcare Center twice within the past year and I am truly grateful for their care. I had my toe amputated and in the beginning, I couldn't even walk, so I was wheelchair bound, and today my surgeon announced that I can finally take my boot off and walk around freely without any devices. I am so happy because without the help of everyone at Poway, I would still be on a wheelchair in a nursing facility, instead of walking around my own home and community.

My father was here for a month recovering from heart issues. I couldn't have chosen a better facility. The care was as expected, my family put the choice on me so I'm relieved it turned out so well. He can come home before Christmas and I can't think of a better outcome. Thank you so much
