It took 2 days but plz note that was due to my error in how i notified the weekend maintenance. My toilet was installed in a speedy manner and i was very pleased over all.

There were 2 requests: The air conditioning was not working. The tech was out the next day to fix the air conditioning which took about 30 minutes. He did an initial check of the unit itself to insure nothing was wrong. He was able to determine the issue was in the thermostat involving a notification that was interfering with the unit's ability to operate. He disable the notification and reset things. The second request involved the faucet in the first bathroom. It was leaking. The maintenance person replaced the faucet in about 30 minutes. Both techs was professional, polite and efficient.

The request was made sometime ago but since there was no maintenance person hired I understood the situation. With Felicia’s help I was able to use my appliance.

Felicia was great in her prompt action to solve our air conditioning problem. She had Ramone to assess the problem and sent Mike to finish the job the next day. Thank you

Felicia escorted Ramon to our door and introduced him. That's a very good thing or I wouldn't answer the door! However, I didn't get a chance to visit with Ramon but that will come in the future when he is allowed to come alone!

…GRR…washing machine issue… Honestly, the response time to any maintenance issue here at the Powers Senior Living building in Chanhassen is beyond exceptional ! From clicking “send” to the building manager(Felicia Jamerson) your non-emergency request is noted immediately with a notation that it will be attended to on the next scheduled maintenance visit. Our maintenance man is a Houdini with any issue that confronts him and often follows up to see if the problem is resolved.As independent seniors, my husband and I are so blessed to have found a “home with benefits”!The outstanding combination of our building manager Felicia Jamerson and the super-efficient maintenance specialist, Cliff, assures us of worry-free , independent living . Time elapsed : maintenance request sent late on Monday ; Tuesday morning request acknowledged and a solution date given ; Resolved first thing on Wednesday. This was a non-emergency request. Amazing!

The fire alarm went off briefly on Monday morning 1/9. It did not do anything more that day so I didn't think much of it. On Tuesday morning 1/10, it went off briefly two times within 30 minutes of each other. I left a message with the office since it wasn't open yet. Felicia called as soon as she got in to let me know that she would be up to change the batteries in all the detectors. There have been no issues since.
