Our maintenance man, Cliff is knowledgeable in so many different areas that it never ceases to amaze me. He is efficient, always pleasant and very professional! Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly with patient answers for the less informed:) This particular time he was there to check the refrigerator and install new ,more efficient shower heads as well as a new washer and thermostat!He did all installations quickly, quietly with no disruption to our morning routine. A five star rating for Cliff as well as Felicia Jamerson ( our building manager) and Peak Living for striving to satisfy all the many requests that are fielded each day!! It can be a Herculean task :)

Put in new garage disposal.

The refrigerator stopped operating sometime early morning Sat 9/10 . I called the phone number designated for maintenance issues considered an emergency. After 2 attempts to re-set the breaker that the refrigerator was connected failed, it was deemed the breaker had gone bad. I really didn't have a lot in the frig or freezer but what there was I did want to keep cold/frozen. I felt the repair could wait till Monday. The office manager directed me to use the refrigerator in the unit below me since it was unoccupied; the option worked out fine. The repair person was here first thing Monday and had everything back in place within 30 minutes give or take.

My screen door was stuck, and I could not get it open. Felicia, the manager tried as well with no luck. Maintenance was out the next day and sprayed the tracks and now it works smoothly. Jason, the maintenance person is always professional and friendly.

Felicia is always ready to help with any concerns. She is very easy to work with.
