Excellent experience all the way around. Going over post-surgery instructions while patient is in surgery is a huge amount of information in a short time period. Coordinating discussion with a handout following same discussion points would help.

I’d give it a perfect 10 for exceptional customer service, and the atmosphere is spotless and cheerful. Receptionist were very helpful and nice, just exceptional.
