Dr Gupte’s was very scatterbrained making minor mistakes..Never received my prescription for an antibiotic and I called several times during the week and now it day six and I still have no antibiotics

I don’t like that I was unaware of my 73$ cost for my cleaning. I think i should have been told about that charge before going to the front desk. I was told the type of cleaning i needed would be covered by my insurance.

A member of the team especially the manager will never call you back. When you are looking for your refund for services they avoid you yet they want their payment either up front or before you leave the office.
