Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience. The hygienist was insisting that I have a deep cleaning when my former practice I never had a deep cleaning, and when the dentist was examining me, the hygienist was cleaning the room.

Ronnie the hygienist was very nice and listened. I was disappointed when I scheduled the person only heard I needed a cleaning and didn’t hear I wanted to speak with a dentist. It seemed all they wanted was to get off the phone once scheduled.

Dr Gupte’s was very scatterbrained making minor mistakes..Never received my prescription for an antibiotic and I called several times during the week and now it day six and I still have no antibiotics
