My first visit was good. I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist I felt comfortable.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. My hygienist Erica took the time to explain everything thoroughly and she did an outstanding job. Dr. Olson was wonderful and I feel sure of his excellent care. My first visit was a great experience and I’m glad that my husband and I have made the switch to Dr. Olson’s practice at Premier Dental.

At checkout they tried to charge me for a service I didn’t receive, and used the medical terminology for it so I had no idea that I did not receive it and would have paid if not for the hygienist intervening. Then after that, they charged me for a service I did receive, but the hygienist said would not be any additional cost. It was completely optional and I only accepted them doing it because they said it was at no cost, which it was not. Very unpleasant. Seems like a scammy business.

It was a long wait time to be seen and one of the receptionists was arguing with a patient and then a coworker came over to scold her. Besides that, the dental hygienist and the dentist were great. Very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about everything.

Dr. Olson is great. He makes the dental experience worth it. Friendly and he walks you through the entire process. He is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his job which puts any anxiety a patient has at ease.

Dr. Olson is Amazing, Great and very Thorough. I had a migraine for 2 wks and with him explaining what could have been the problem and fixing my crown, my headache left when I finished my visit. I recommend him and this office for any dental work!! Thank you Dr. Olson
