Professional and friendly service

I need more than one visit to make an opinion for myself before I can make a recommendation to anyone.

The hygienist was very professional, she took the time to explain every procedure reassuring me in her ability to perform the task at hand. I found the practice to be clean and very well run. The dentist was also terrific and even has a sense of humor which I found refreshing.

My first visit was good. I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist I felt comfortable.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. My hygienist Erica took the time to explain everything thoroughly and she did an outstanding job. Dr. Olson was wonderful and I feel sure of his excellent care. My first visit was a great experience and I’m glad that my husband and I have made the switch to Dr. Olson’s practice at Premier Dental.

At checkout they tried to charge me for a service I didn’t receive, and used the medical terminology for it so I had no idea that I did not receive it and would have paid if not for the hygienist intervening. Then after that, they charged me for a service I did receive, but the hygienist said would not be any additional cost. It was completely optional and I only accepted them doing it because they said it was at no cost, which it was not. Very unpleasant. Seems like a scammy business.

It was a long wait time to be seen and one of the receptionists was arguing with a patient and then a coworker came over to scold her. Besides that, the dental hygienist and the dentist were great. Very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about everything.
