Dr. Matt Olsen saw me on very little notice for an emergency tooth problem. He was gracious, explicit and skilled in doing the best thing to enable me to continue my trip without trouble or pain, which I had occur while traveling. I would choose him to be my dentist if I lived in the area.

The process is pretty straightforward . My technician was very helpful, efficient and careful. I’m thankful for that.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Giudice and the dental assistant who came into the room to check on me a couple times, both were kind and professional. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the woman who brought me back to the room and ultimately conducted most of my appointment. I did not get her name, but she was blonde. When discussing my insurance she implied a few times I wouldn’t be able to afford the clear aligner treatment without insurance, which I found to be rude and unprofessional, but had hoped was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier. When completing my scans for the clear aligners, it was evident she did not know how to operate the machine and in the process of figuring that out she hit my teeth with the scanner multiple times. I expected some contact just due to the nature of what we were doing, but these were several hard hits/painful and continuously happened due to her not paying attention. Lastly, when she was scanning my back teeth she placed the wand way too far into my mouth and I began to slightly gag. When I asked for a brief break so I could catch my breath, she was muttering under her breath making fun of me for gagging, when the reason I had gagged in the first place was due to her carelessness. At this point, the dental assistant (did not get her name, but she was wonderful) came in to take over and it was a much smoother experience. I asked the dental assistant if I could please have a note in my file to not be seen by the blonde woman again. I will be back as I’m looking forward to my clear aligners, but it was definitely an off putting experience, especially as a first time patient.

I recently moved to the area and randomly found this practice online, so I was a bit nervous. I’m so happy I did, because they were fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend!

Wait time was good, office staff is always friendly. Dr. Glazman is the best! And DJ did a great job cleaning my teeth

Dental hygienist that did the cleaning seemed frustrated with me. Lectured me from behind my head while I was laying in the chair. Never talked to me where I could see her, and at one point instructed me to close my eyes for reasons I have no idea. I’ve never been told to close my eyes during a cleaning before. Bad communication. The cleaning was rough and abrupt. Now I have slight swelling and redness behind my lip since yesterday. Everyone else in the office is considerate and professional.
