Dental hygienist that did the cleaning seemed frustrated with me. Lectured me from behind my head while I was laying in the chair. Never talked to me where I could see her, and at one point instructed me to close my eyes for reasons I have no idea. I’ve never been told to close my eyes during a cleaning before. Bad communication. The cleaning was rough and abrupt. Now I have slight swelling and redness behind my lip since yesterday. Everyone else in the office is considerate and professional.

My Hygienist, Farrah, did an outstanding job with my cleaning. She talked me through every step of the process, which made me feel very comfortable and well-cared for. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

The dental hygienist was extremely rude to the point that I want to change office .

Office staff and dental assistant are great! The hygienist was not overly friendly and kept putting her hands on my face as leverage to work in my mouth: I understand some degree of face touch is required but this seemed extreme. Also not sure why no flossing is conducted at your office cleaning appointments?

Excellent doctor, assistant, and overall care. Would gave preferred to pay 100% of the cost when 100% of the work (crown) is completed. 50% when 1/2 of the work is done, 50% when it’s completed.

This is the 2nd time in a row I have come for a cleaning and did not get an exam from a dentist. I recently had a crown put in that needed to be adjusted. Because the dentist who put it in was not there, no one would adjust for me. I was offered to come back the next day, but could not bc of work schedule, but this solution just adds burden and inconvenience to the patient. Not to mention when my temporary crown broke, I saw different dentist to fix that so why was I refused this time?
