Came in for first visit. All personnel were nice and friendly. However, had already filled out all online forms disclosing that I have a replacement shoulder. Was told when I came in that they needed to contact my surgical doctor to determine whether I need an antibiotic. This should have been done between the time I filled everything out and this appointment which was about 6 or more weeks before. Now I have to go back

Everyone was friendly .Got in before my scheduled time.the tech did a great and fast job !!!

Staff gave confusing and contradictory information about schedule and fees. Dentist and assistant supplied distress signal then ignored it when I used it.

My appointment was changed the evening before which was a bit of a pain point, but workable. When I arrived, the place was busy, but it appeared to be in hand. I was greeted in due time and checked in. I was called in for my appointment shortly after. The hygenist was quiet for the most part, but not unfriendly. The cleaning however was one of the most painful cleanings I've ever had. A full day later my mouth is still quite sore. After the cleaning, a dentist arrived. She spent less than five minutes with me, told me to work on my brushing (that was news to me) and left without a word. I was mid-question about what was wrong with my brushing. It would've been nice if she had asked me if I had any questions or at least said bye. All in all, everyone was competent, but I'm not sure if I would come back or not.

Dental assistant was informative and professional about my previous films.Dentist was thorough.Hygienist never never stated her name or purpose. I was not happy with that . Thought she was the dentist.Your fax numbers on the request of records forms are out dated per your staff. I wasted a lot of time on that.

Initially, I was told the repair of my tooth would be $162. However, at the end of the service I was charged $385. I think that was too expensive.
