The restroom wasn't cleaned from the previous day because there wasn't any toilet paper in the 2 stalls. I did ask and they gave me a roll.Fast service

All the staff at Premier Mitsubishi were friendly and helpful with all aspects of my buying experience. They made my car purchase experience quick and simple. From Mark, Philip, Luis and Tony I could not have had a better car buying experience. Anyone that I come into contact with that I hear is in the need of a new car or shopping for a new car, I will most defiantly tell they about my experience at Premier Mitsubishi in Casa Grande Arizona. Thank You to all the Guys that helped me, make this purchase happen especially Philip and Lius!I am very much going to recommend Premier Mitsubishi to any friend and family member that is looking for a New vehicle. All the staff at Premier Mitsubishi, worked hard to ensure that they gave me their best effort to get me and my family into our new vehicle. They were friendly and we helpful.

No Saturday service options!Was just ok not great!Went in with an appointment for oil and tire rotation it took them nearly 2 hours to complete !I say no cause nothing was explained to me during or after service was done!I feel that their service personnel needs to be trained on greeting customers and being attentive during and at end of service I felt not good when I was done and just wanted to be out of there soon!!!Was told car is ready you are good to go that is all. No summary nor receipt nor service provided explanation .I was attended promptly only because I approached the desk cause when I’ve arrived the person at the desk only stared at me and I had to initiate the conversation. Not a welcome Sir how can I help you.I feel that when they ask for your name an appointment time they should have it in their computer with all the info about my visit He asked me what I was there for and never mentioned it himself about oil change nor tire rotation then he proceeded to tell take a seat well get to you soon and that was all. I remember I took my older Mitsubishi there for a recall service and the person there greeted me formally and showed me to the waiting lobby and told there us a snack machine and coffee and water for me to use while I was waiting and that is what I call good service this last time not at all!!

Mark is a very kind soul. He really put things into perspective for me and I asked some questions like are you just trying to sale me a car? He told me some truths about his ventures and I felt much more at ease with the purchase.I wanted lower payments, but I am ok with what terms I have for nowThe people there are really kind and I felt like they pay attention to me. They have been really good to me
