Mantience is absolutely wonderful at getting the job done. Dustin is the best maintenance man this complex has had in the 13 years I have lived here. He is kind . Polite and efficient. Preserve at Saint James court has a great management team.

I absolutely love and appreciate the whole team here at preserve at Saint James court. They are all by that I mean each an every one of them kind and considerate in all that they say or do. They get things taken care of as quick as they can and if they can not they let you know what they need to do to get it done. I have lived here 13 years. An this management team is great. Thankyou all for all that you do to make living here a great experience.

The damn garbage disposal went out and maintenance was able to fix it Craigslist hell only took about a half hour from to get over here and get her done
