Wish you could relocate to Connecticut.I needed a new car battery. I called ahead of time to ask if I could bring car in same day. Service manager advised he had battery & quoted a price. When I picked up car price was exactly as quoted.

Please provide more complete info on making sure that the car is insured when the customer takes possession of it -- not just liability, but also the car itself.The salesperson, Jose Ribera, was very patient, thorough, and did not try to high-pressure me. He answered all my questions willingly, and spent time explaining the details about the car. We also agreed to meet soon for a drive so that he can show me more details while the car is on the road.
