This is our 2nd visit with our car at this location. Happy with the service , the scheduling, the people that work there ( Friendly, Respectful, Helpful). If we need work to be done our car again we will be back . Who knows maybe a new car in the future !Pulled up as soon as I got out of car employee (gentleman) in lot came over can I help you told him I had a appointment for the car walked me over to the service department very helpful. Once at the service department appointment right on time explained what they were going to do again very friendly and helpful.

I feel at least 1 weekend day should be offered for appointments as I live in MA and Prestige/ Mitsubishi is in RI. Most appointments I have to take time off of work just to make the appointmentThey no longer offer Saturday appointments for those of us that are working class.
