Mitsubishi Motors, I waited one hour on the phone, trying to talk to a customer service representative and never got the chance. Very disappointed from You. I will never buy another Mitsubishi.The service they provided on the 16th was great. But it took them 2 months to call me back.

Overall it was a great buying experience. We didn't give the salesman a lot of information so I know they didn't have a lot to go on in showing us a car, but he nailed it. It was a great fit for us.Customer service was great - didn't feel pressured to purchase. Facility was clean and nice. Was a relaxed environment. People were down to earth.
