I had my car diagnosed at a different mechanic shop. The windows from time to time do not roll down from the driver's side door. That mechanic said I needed a new master switch. That is something that is electrical and covered under my warranty from the dealership. I took it to the dealership and of course the windows were working just fine so the master switch was not replaced. Now I have to wait for my windows to stop working again in order for them to fix it

Everyone at the dealership was very nice and I spent the time in their waiting area while my vehicle was being serviced. I was offered a ride to the mall for shopping if I wanted to go. I chose to stay at the dealership and relax in the comfortable chairs they provided.

Each time I visit Prestige, I am always more than happy with their interpersonal interaction and the timeliness of the repair.
