Thank you for the opportunity given me to make a comment on my experience with you and by extension, the property 663, Cordelia Dr. In fact, if the rating was only for customer care/ customer relation, I would have given you 5 STARS. But I have held back the last STAR because of a few observations I have made in the apartment which I wish to bring to your attention. 1). Absence of lights in the living room. This makes it unattractive to sit in the living room. 2). Absence of washing machine and dryer makes life quiet difficult for us. 3). Absence of heaters in the bedrooms make the rooms too cold to sleep in. 4). The kitchen does not have a microwave, so our food gets cold too quickly. But apart from these, the apartment is a very nice one, which is located near amenities such as bank, markets, recreational park, and the like. It is also quite easy to access bus services from our apartment. This facilitates our movements within the city. On the whole, the experience has not been bad. However, if the property owner(s) decides to add on to the facilities in the apartment, that will be an excellent decision. We thank you for renting this property to us. We are looking forward to a cordial relationship between us and the property managers. Thank you.

We please need you to fix the mentioned challenges enumerated above. These are necessities for every rented apartments. Thanks Thank you for the opportunity to express my experience in the house; your facility. We settled in the house on December 19th, 2025. Upon our entry we got some experiences that we would frankly share with you: A. OUR PLEASURES: 1. The house is located in a serene and calm environment that gives peace. 2. The neighbors and neighborhood is safe. 3. The few flowers and little patches of lawn in front makes it attractive 4. The rooms are spacious and convenient. 5. Good cooking stove and fridge is available. 6. Water flow and electricity supply is perfect. In spite of the above, we have some other concerns of paramount importance as far as renting apartments are concerned. When these needs are met, everyone would love to be in the apartment for long. These concerns are identified below: B. OUR DISPLEASURES: 1.The absence of Washing machine and dryer is unheard of. 2. There's no microwave as it's found in other rented apartments. 3. The living room has lost is valuable use in the night because of no overhead lights. 4. There is no heater in the bedrooms leading to extremely cold nights. 5. The available heater serves the corridor instead of the bedrooms. 6. The available heater serves as nuisance upon switching it on for few hours. It disrupts our sleep with it's long and continuous beeping sound. 7. There was the need for on-site orientation on the use of all the equipment in the facility before we enter to avoid the embarrassment of inability to use them as well as breakages and damages. SUGGESTION: I suggest, that these issues raised above are given proper attention for us to enjoy living in the apartment as long as we live in there and also to help us keep healthy for life and work. Honest representative for renters, as well as honoring the property owners' interests. We felt supported as renters in a new area, as Marissa showed us this amazing property without trying to push it with gushing comments on the positives or hiding areas of likely defects in design. She offered to set up a meeting with the maintenance folks to let us assess the potentials for ourselves and work directly with the folks who could improve the spaces. We are delighted to be here and work with the Prestige office of professionals.

I absolutely love my new apartment I have particularly loved how very private it is and I have loved setting it up with my belongings It feels quite cozy The office staff and especially Alex who had worked with me through the application process has been very kind , helpful and reassuring through the whole transition with hud. I’m sorry for the delay and how long it has taken for you to get their share of the rent. I will be happy when you receive it and we will be on track with the monthly rent and then I will be able to pay all those friends I hired to help with my move I want to thank you Alex for always being so prompt in answering my emails The last place I lived would take days to answer me and often would not answer at all so I really appreciate that My favorite part of my new home is the very private fenced in side yard with the big beautiful redwood shade tree. My GrAndson(who is my IHSS provider) came and helped me rake and clean up alll the Redwood leaves and small branches that had covered the yard while it was vacant. I look forward to many years here

My wife requested to see the property Maggie met with us on time and showed us the house. That night we applied for the property the next day Araceli contacted me and got my application going. She worked hard for us and got us approved two days later.

The heat of the dryer in the washer/dryer setup doesn't seem to function properly. Otherwise the place is great!
