Omg! I'm glad to have this chance to let the world know how great this company is. I had no prior knowledge of who these people were and only got to know them through acquiring a special place to live. I was in the final stages of purchasing a home when the lender finally revealed the previously withheld details to close the deal, which soured my experience and expectations. So, I decided to step back and rent for a year, and it's the best decision I've made in a long time. It's been a really long time since I've rented, and I have to say it's looking like a better alternative. Prestige Management isn't just another rental agency, it's a well tuned group of some of the nicest people you'll ever meet in this business. Everyone you come in contact with, makes you feel welcome, sincerely welcome, and there's a difference. Since I moved in a month ago, there were a few issues to address with the property, and Prestige stepped up to the plate, and hit a home run each time, and right away. So if you're thinking of renting your next place to live, look no further, a better choice doesn't exist.

Arturo was awesomely helpful and communicative during the initial move-in process. His team made needed adjustments to the lease in a timely manner, and was very welcoming when I picked up the keys. It's so stressful finding a place to live, but meeting with Eduardo at the showings and communicating with Arturo made me feel like my business was wanted and respected. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect 5 stars is that I am still waiting to hear back about a repair. I'm sure he's busy, or I might just need to send a request through the online system, but I'd love to get that built-in kitchen table fixed!
