Arturo very friendly fast responses easy very appreciated with him

Arturo was awesomely helpful and communicative during the initial move-in process. His team made needed adjustments to the lease in a timely manner, and was very welcoming when I picked up the keys. It's so stressful finding a place to live, but meeting with Eduardo at the showings and communicating with Arturo made me feel like my business was wanted and respected. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect 5 stars is that I am still waiting to hear back about a repair. I'm sure he's busy, or I might just need to send a request through the online system, but I'd love to get that built-in kitchen table fixed!

I had a great experience moving in with you guys . However, I don’t have a screen door to the back patio . I believe these are pretty standard and I think they forgot to instal one

Prestige has done a great job getting us into our new rental home. Everything was good to go when we got here, and they made the extra effort to make that happen. Communication is excellent, and payment is easy as well.
