I done my unit rental online I was worried about the whole process but it was easy and there wasn't any complications. A staff member actually called (Sorry don't remember her name) a few hours after I made my rental before they had closed to make sure I found the unit ok but I haven't been there yet and explained how to get to my unit ect. She was very nice. Upon getting to my unit it was easy to find it was clean. I haven't had any issues since being there.

The agent was friendly and thoroughly explained everything to me. Sometimes people know their basin as but rush through it and took as much time as needed. After that she took me to the facility and went through everything. This is new to me and said the first time to call and she would come over to help. Amazing young lady. You so rarely find true customer service today! Thanks for the excellent experience.
