Simple setup and the monthly payment is always due on the 1st. Also an ability to pay ahead many months in advanced, and there's still the simple auto-pay for those who like to pay monthly. One star removed because the units aren't exactly sized - for example, I bought a 5x10 initially only to find that it was actually measures as a 4x9, which equates to a 28% reduction in the expected square footage if I'm math'ing it alright. I had to upgrade to a larger unit (that still was smaller than the listed sizes), but thankfully I feel it worked out better that way for my particular use case. What works in favor however is everything can be easily managed online without once meeting someone, and they accept outside renters insurance. The fact that my bill is always on the 1st even though I moved in mid-month was the biggest sell for me. I would recommend, overall.
