Ease of access. Clean. Safe. Variety of units to choose according to need and budget. Phone concierge always delivered messages and response was quick.

Easy to get started and signed up, moving stuff into unit and initial arrival was easy. I liked the cleanliness and aesthetic if the facilities. I will say it would be helpful to have unit numbers outside near the doors, I had to guess a couple times to find my unit.

New customer, but already feel valued. Professional, clean and safe facility. Loved the little welcome bag and lock.

Ease of the rental process. And the facility was clean as was the unit.
