Communicate quicker with tenants when rent is going up. Provide a dumpster or somewhere to throw garbage away - there are no public trash receptacles in Fruitport, it would be beneficial to your tenants to provide somewhere to toss trash.

You guys were having some system issues and I couldn’t process my transaction online. I had to call to finish, where I met Krystal. Even though she was having some system issues, too, which made things a little longer than usual, she had me smiling and laughing the entire time. I felt like I was talking to an old friend the whole time, and I was a little sad when I had to hang up 😅 Krystal is amazing and deserves all of the raises and promotions!
