Customer service reps are good however there had to close on the day I was going to get the rental. Apparently they were short handed. I was able to complete it on the following day.

Especially compared to the last storage unit I worked with, you guys are SO much better. The facility is nicer, the manager has checked in with me multiple times to see if I have questions, and the payment process is easier.
