The woman who assisted with my setup was wonderful. I actually meant to go to CubeSmart down the road, but accidentally walked into Prestige. She took great care of me. I was so impressed with her service that I cancelled my other reservation and rented a storage unit from her on the spot.

The facility managers were very helpful.

Online reservation was easy. The follow up emails in text messages were right on point. And the person at the front desk was able to answer my questions.

I'm embarrassed that I can't remember her name, but the young lady who helped me at the Lewis Center facility yesterday afternoon - Fri. 11/28 - was outstanding. I was flustered which is probably why I forgot her name. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. She helped me set up the rental so I could store my belongings that we had already loaded in our truck. I appreciate that the door operates safely and securely. The complimentary lock and the locking mechanism are great.

Local mgmt is great. The rate increases (unannounced) and insects in the actual storage unit were less than good.

Loved being able to access the unit same day! The lock being provided saved us a ton of time. The only recommendation is that you let someone know to bring something to cut the wire tie that is "locking the door". Luckily we had a pair of scissors with us.
