I'm embarrassed that I can't remember her name, but the young lady who helped me at the Lewis Center facility yesterday afternoon - Fri. 11/28 - was outstanding. I was flustered which is probably why I forgot her name. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. She helped me set up the rental so I could store my belongings that we had already loaded in our truck. I appreciate that the door operates safely and securely. The complimentary lock and the locking mechanism are great.

Communication with company was very clear and concise, and made the rental process seamless over the phone.

Corinne was extremely helpful in meeting our storage needs. The storage unit is clean and in the perfect spot.

The property looked clean and secure. More importantly Corinne was amazing! I have rented multiple storage units, shipping containers, and PODS over the years and Corinne by far is the best property manager I have worked with. I was also impressed that to top of the packaging containing the complimentary lock was already cut-off so I did not have to track down scissors. It's the little things that matter... Thank you. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a few issues with our move and she made sure they were not going to be a problem at the storage center. Knew her job and walked me through the whole process - made it really simple. The units and grounds are clean, well lit, and have plenty of parking. The prices are competitive and affordable.

I stored with you for 5 yrs over 5,000 dollars in payment. My stuff was mildew and moldy, I even had damp-rids in unit for 5 yrs. Not to mention your office staff is rude and uncaring about the issue. They deleted my access 3 days before EOM with no prorate
