I'm embarrassed that I can't remember her name, but the young lady who helped me at the Lewis Center facility yesterday afternoon - Fri. 11/28 - was outstanding. I was flustered which is probably why I forgot her name. She was kind, patient, and very helpful. She helped me set up the rental so I could store my belongings that we had already loaded in our truck. I appreciate that the door operates safely and securely. The complimentary lock and the locking mechanism are great.

Local mgmt is great. The rate increases (unannounced) and insects in the actual storage unit were less than good.

Loved being able to access the unit same day! The lock being provided saved us a ton of time. The only recommendation is that you let someone know to bring something to cut the wire tie that is "locking the door". Luckily we had a pair of scissors with us.

Communication with company was very clear and concise, and made the rental process seamless over the phone.

The property looked clean and secure. More importantly Corinne was amazing! I have rented multiple storage units, shipping containers, and PODS over the years and Corinne by far is the best property manager I have worked with. I was also impressed that to top of the packaging containing the complimentary lock was already cut-off so I did not have to track down scissors. It's the little things that matter... Thank you.
