I was also impressed that to top of the packaging containing the complimentary lock was already cut-off so I did not have to track down scissors. It's the little things that matter... Thank you. Your prices were way to high and your constant attempts to push your insurance policy on tenants was annoying as shit. If your tenants say they have homeowners insurance leave them alone. Other than that you were great.
