Prestige Storage has the best pricing that i could see from an online search. When I went to the office, Corinne was very helpful and personable in helping me select a unit based on our needs. She went over and above to explain the contract, details, how to get to the unit and offered the free moving van to us to move in. The buildings and units were very clean and well kept, as well as the areas around the buildings. I would recommend Prestige Storage to my family and friends.

The ease of renting storage and the customer service representative, Corrine, continues to do a fabulous job servicing our needs. Property is well maintained. One concerning item…..price hikes!!! Our price went up about 40% within 6 months of renting our first unit. This needs to be addressed at a corporate level.

I received excellent service from Corinne and another employee who was a new hire. They were incredibly supportive. Corinne even accepted a package for me that was delivered to Prestige by mistake, while the new employee was very understanding as he changed my unit size to fit my storage needs. Although he stated that he was new to the company he navigated his way through the procedure very efficiently. Lastly, on an intensely hot day, he offered me a bottle of water as I prepared to move a large package into my storage unit. They make a fantastic duo and are an asset to this organization.
