Your prices were way to high and your constant attempts to push your insurance policy on tenants was annoying as shit. If your tenants say they have homeowners insurance leave them alone. Other than that you were great.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a few issues with our move and she made sure they were not going to be a problem at the storage center. Knew her job and walked me through the whole process - made it really simple. The units and grounds are clean, well lit, and have plenty of parking. The prices are competitive and affordable.

I stored with you for 5 yrs over 5,000 dollars in payment. My stuff was mildew and moldy, I even had damp-rids in unit for 5 yrs. Not to mention your office staff is rude and uncaring about the issue. They deleted my access 3 days before EOM with no prorate
