For a brand-new facility, you sure made a bad decision about the outside door to 8002. It swings on the right side, towards the parking instead on the left side. Which means that when one is loading or unloading, you have to close or go around the door if your car is parked in the only marked spot. Very awkward, especially for large items.

The units are very clean and easy to access. Chad and Corinne are great! Super friendly and made the process so easy.

Your store manager (the young lady Kroline??? Not sure about her name) is an awesome sales person :) I loved the way how she continued to hustle me and convinced me not to rent a unit at “Rise” ( your competition next door) instead rent the unit from her. Very sharp and professional manner's. Also the other gentlemen was very nice a polite who showed me the units. Your facility is nice and clean and well Maintained. Just please don’t try jack up the rent for at least 12 months. This is what I hate the about other storage facilities.
