The location of the facility and the site I was able to pick for my trailer worked out great for me. I have been their less then a month but so far everything is good

When someone signs up with you for a unit, on a set price, don't raise the price on them after a few months. poor business practice. Might want to learn that instead of being greedy. I would have stayed with Prestige storage if not for raising my monthly rate for no reason.

Our Storage needs and the facility were fantastic. We love Tina. She was great to work with and it was sad to see her leave. I had to rate a three because we were told that our rent was going up an additional 50% because of supply and demand. When we rented the facility 6 months ago it was right in the price range of the facility we were moving from. We didn’t realize as the Storage started to fill up that our price would increase. We can understand a few dollar increases from year to year, but we were shocked how much of an increase it was, and because it was based on supply and demand. I am surprised that anyone would stay under those conditions. I highly doubt you would decrease my price if demand went down.When there is a set fee upon renting that should be the fee that remains in place with a few minor inflation increases from year to year. We had to make the decision to leave.
