On multiple occasions, I have provided requested insurance information, only to be told you still didn’t have everything you required. I was even charged for one month insurance because of the confusion. I used to be able to address issues at the marshall office, but that is no longer an available option.Your business has become very difficult to work with, as customer service continues to decline.

Not let Customer Service fail to save money. Once you acquired the property, customer service began to decline rapidly, yet you just kept raising rent. Way over priced and I was able to get similar size unit for half the price. I almost missed an important meeting because the gait failed to close. I called the number on the keypad and had to leave a message being told that a Manager would get right back with me. They didn't call until middle of the next day. Luckily I found a solution and was able to still make my meeting. TERRIBLE!

Reinstate on-site staffing - human contact shows a commitment to the communities you operate in. Firing local staff certainly enhances the bottom line, but with the thousands of units you operate across the state, it's a small expense relative to the goodwill you could receive.

There is a walk-through gate that is never locked. I did not feel secure.

Andy did a superb job in helping me find a new storage unit. She was fantastic!
