As far as my new rental in Mt. Vernon I am totally pleased and Stephanie has been awesome to work with.As far as my rentals in Utica, I was pleased with the rentals but not the pricing!! Being a couple year customer and reading on line that the same 14' x 42' that I was paying $447.00 a month for (including insurance and taxes) was being offered to new customers for $298.00 (base rate). I don't think this is fair to existing customers!!
