I needed a storage unit temporarily before moving to a new state. I called the office to initiate the process in securing an unit and then planned to go pick up my key the next day as I was on a tight time constraint and this was the only time I could get the keys before I needed to move everything in. I had asked over the phone what I will need to get me keys. They told me I will need my ID and my drivers license and told me their office hours. When I showed up to get my key/unit number, the first thing they asked for was my renters insurance for the unit. Luckily, this was something I had planned on getting but was never told it was a requirement. As mentioned, I was on a very tight time schedule for getting my key. Thus, I had to call my insurance company at that moment to get my policy in place and have a copy sent over. Luckily, my insurance agent is a very close family friend and he was able to do this quickly for me but I was very disappointed that I was not told that I would need to show proof of insurance in the office. This should definitely be something that renters are aware of.Secondly, before I left the office, I asked them if there was any restrictions on what time I could go to my storage unit (as again, I had a right time constraint on when I would be moving everything into the unit). They told me that I could enter anytime. When I arrived to the storage unit, I noticed on the gate that there are a few hours during the night that the gate will not open to allow cars into the storage unit area. Luckily, I was not entering during these closed hours, but this is also another detail that was not clearly stated by staff.Beyond these two incidents, I have no complains with Prestige. Very easy to get into unit and they provided a lock for our unit as well. Payment was easy with auto-pay and move out process was clear.

better snow removal

The rental reservation was very easy to maneuver. Quinna was extremely helpful in our reservation process. She was very knowledgeable and eager to help. They had several plows working hard to remove all the snow, so we had access to our unit. The unit was dry & clean.

Excellent customer service and very clean storage facility. Rented here many times and the only place we will ever go to.

Ms Quianna, is always so pleasant and professional. Any questions that we would have she has been able to answer.
