Friendly, efficient, and finally fixed the front security gate. 🤪

the biggest feature that helped sell me was the secure front gate. I felt like my stuff in storage had an added layer of protection. Since moving in the gate has not been secure and is open every time I visit my unit. If this is a technical issue, I hope that it gets fixed soon. If this is the norm moving forward...I'm not sure hoe long I will stay with your group..

The people who helped me at the office were very friendly and helpful.

I was there today and dropped of 2 loads and they were out cleaning units with brooms and blowers. That impressed me a lot.

Well, I had issue with Point of entry numbers and still do. Had problems with the door opening. Probably should be instructions. And it would be nice to gave storage unit closer to where I live, but for the price I cannot complain. But over all I'm excited that I might have place in fruitport for my RV for storage if I should decide to keep the RV.
