Always great and responsive service from Stephanie. Facility is always clean and well lit.

The area where I had my unit had no exterior lighting nor cameras. I did not feel I was receiving a good value as a long term tenant, which is why I left when I received a much better offer.

Everything was stream less. My only concern is the unit I was given is next to a door. There is a flat roof and water is pouring off that particular spot right above my lock. So of course when I put items in this morning, I got drenched. I’m a little concerned that the water is pooling up in that area and worried about moisture and ice. wondering if maybe I could get a different unit otherwise everything’s been great.

Facility is spotless. Easy to set up a rental and the manager was fantastic at explaining everything.
