The experience was seamless. Requested the storage unit in the app/website and then arrived to complete the transaction in person. Stephanie the person I worked with was absolutely amazing and explained everything needed including the required insurance. I had an issue with my code working at the gate later and she quickly took care of it. Very impressed with the customer service and ease of engagement.

Stephanie is an excellent representative and an asset to Prestige Storage. She’s a very kind person in general and genuinely cares about the customer’s satisfaction with their experience there. She is quite efficient and with excellent communication skills and customer service skills. The storage unit area is clean, well maintained, and seems to have a smooth entry system.
