The facility is very close to my home and the staff was very friendly. We experienced a lot of construction dust and the facility did not seem to be climate-controlled as promised.

The receptionists at the facility were very friendly and helpful. Crystal gave me a tour of the facility and provided me with some helpful information. I really like that the units are indoor and climate controlled and there’s a code for entrance into the storage area. Safety, security and privacy are major concerns for me.

We are new customers and so far the experience has been pleasant. The office ladies are the Norton Shores facility are exceptional.
