Very clean facility and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided me with a new lock for my storage unit and have plenty of cameras watching over the property. Im very happy with the price for the 8'×8' indoor climate controlled unit I selected

The receptionists at the facility were very friendly and helpful. Crystal gave me a tour of the facility and provided me with some helpful information.I really like that the units are indoor and climate controlled and there’s a code for entrance into the storage area. Safety, security and privacy are major concerns for me.

We are new customers and so far the experience has been pleasant. The office ladies are the Norton Shores facility are exceptional.

Price/value was good. Location very convenient. Great customer service staff.Wish the A/C was set just a bit cooler. ;-)Also, please fix the broken floor tiles at the west entrance. They make it difficult to roll carts through the entrance.

The staff is always friendly. I git another unit the other day and Ciely was terrific. So polite, good sense of humor, patient w this technology challenged person...me 😃. I feel safe going to the units. The grounds are always clean. 👍 Very satisfied
