I was dreading going to get a storage unit but was most pleasantly surprised to meet Jean in Norwalk OH. She made the experience seamless, and she was a super nice person on top of that. Couldn't have gone better. And the unit itself is great! If I ever need storage in the future I will be back to Budget storage!
