Jean was amazing. I had rented a unit a month ago and needed a second unit. Once again, her customer service skills are exemplary. She treats you like she has known you all of her life. She's a keeper!

I was dreading going to get a storage unit but was most pleasantly surprised to meet Jean in Norwalk OH. She made the experience seamless, and she was a super nice person on top of that. Couldn't have gone better. And the unit itself is great! If I ever need storage in the future I will be back to Budget storage!

The lady in the office is so nice and helpful. I love the storage units are clean, have cameras and, is gated. Perfect and lowest rates in town.
