Clean storage area with helpful personnel. Concerned that monthly rental price will continue to increase. Would like to have a locked in rate.

There was no lock in the unit. There email with instruction said after cutting the tag off there would be a lock in unit. So I had to have one brought me by my son to lock up the unit.

The Prestiege manager I dealt with at the Glen Burnie/Pasadena location was exceptionally pleasant, efficient, and helpful and readily provided all information for any questions I had.

Danielle was excellent! She was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Danielle gave us a tour showing us several size units because we were unsure of the size we needed. Danielle was the main reason we went with Prestige compared to other storage facilities/representatives in our area.
