The Prestiege manager I dealt with at the Glen Burnie/Pasadena location was exceptionally pleasant, efficient, and helpful and readily provided all information for any questions I had.

Prices were competitive, the facility is in great condition and staff was very helpful.

Danielle was excellent! She was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Danielle gave us a tour showing us several size units because we were unsure of the size we needed. Danielle was the main reason we went with Prestige compared to other storage facilities/representatives in our area.

The storage is excellent. Our unit is perfect. Spotless easy access to the unit. Even being on the 5th floor there was very easy access. The process of securing the unit was seamless. The only issue was a gentled stayed parked in the prime unloading parking space. He was there through two loads yhat entailed aprox 20 trips up to the unit with two people, each with a cart. He just sat in his truck blocking the prime space which would have made much easier for unload from both a pickup and trailer he just said there as I said blocking that space which would have been much easier for us to unload. In our last load, we decided to come back this morning and much to our despair, he was still there blocking the space. Seemed that he spent the night. I understand that was no fault of prestige. Just thought that I would make you aware in case he was not supposed to be there. Thank you to Danielle to make our experience seamless.
