Agent Danielle has such excellent customer service skills; very friendly, thoughtful, personable, and professional. She exercises patience and offers storages according to the customer’s needs. The units are well kept, very nice facility.

Danielle was super engaged and provided all options. Her customer service skills were top notch. Moreover, her DIY skills came in handy when we had trouble getting the lock to our unit open.
