Securing a unit was very simple and quick. I have had no issues using my unit or gaining access, which is very convenient for me.

I know naturally there's going to be dust and cobwebs but there was an unusual amount of yellow powdery almost like calling like texture all over our belongings in our storage unit and whenever we went into our storage unit we didn't notice this until recently we haven't been in there like 2 months but there's been times while we haven't been there for many many months and it didn't look like this. We noticed in the rafters where the trusses are it's an open space so I think one of the other tenants must have left their doors open for a really long time and dust and dirt and pollen must have swept through the unit area that we were in which was covered all our stuff. We spent 6 Plus hours cleaning our stuff so we can get out of our unit to take home. I would advise somebody to check out and see if they can create a barrier of sorts so other people's dust and dirt doesn't blow into the next unit over when their doors are open and creating air flows that goes from the rafters to the floors in each of the units. Other than that the space was really good we did have an issue with one of the doors coming off the springs or off the rollers but that was fixed after we brought to someone's attention and it's a good location. I would advise that the security gate needs to be fixed because people can walk in and out of there with the gap that's there.

Yes. I was there for years before you all bought it from Chad and had family. It immediately began to look bad, long grass, mold everywhere, damage not fixed and the topper, the front gate has been (and still is) wide open for a month or more. You all should be ashamed and I hope your business fails. There’s no excuse for letting that place to go shit like you did. Sad.

Fix the lock system on the unit

I requested a bigger unit and I was told they had a 30x30 I said I’m interested they quoted $ 500.00 a month I agreed. I check every month for 4 months and receive the same message it wasn’t clean or there an electric wire needs looked at ? No one ever called me. Told me you aren’t interested? I went down the road for less $ I didn’t want to leave. Best to you !

The lady in the phone was kind and professional and was able to take all our information on the phone.We got to the storage place in 148th street and found it closed. When I spoke to the person about the storage unit twice nobody mentioned I needed to go to a different address to set up the paperwork

Like the storage unit but when unloading stuff there there was really loud music coming from the big unit. Inappropriate music. Is it a car repair shop? Are many people allowed in the fenced area.
