I requested a bigger unit and I was told they had a 30x30 I said I’m interested they quoted $ 500.00 a month I agreed. I check every month for 4 months and receive the same message it wasn’t clean or there an electric wire needs looked at ? No one ever called me. Told me you aren’t interested? I went down the road for less $ I didn’t want to leave. Best to you !

The lady in the phone was kind and professional and was able to take all our information on the phone. We got to the storage place in 148th street and found it closed. When I spoke to the person about the storage unit twice nobody mentioned I needed to go to a different address to set up the paperwork

I think you keep a close eye on things and I feel like my things are safe there.

Like the storage unit but when unloading stuff there there was really loud music coming from the big unit. Inappropriate music. Is it a car repair shop? Are many people allowed in the fenced area.

Easy of access and location

Free lock was not included like promised. I had to purchase to secure the unit.

I just got started this weekend. I read your note and it said that you will charge me for the lock if I used it. I wasn't told there was a charge. She just gave it to me to get started. I have plenty I could use. However, we opened it before we saw your sign. You may have it back. I do not want to pay for something that was given to me. Thank you. The building was clean and I think it will work well. We did have to take a few minutes to figure out how to get out the gate though.
