I like the area very much. But,I am a senior citizen,and I bring a foldable wagon to put my things away,I have to pull it up over the step(no ramp).. Otherwise I like it.

Rats in my units. It/They chewed up several storage boxes as well as depositing fecal pellets in most of the units that I rent. I notified Laura and she informed whatever pest service Prestige contracts. It appears the rat problem has been addressed.
