I didn't like the fact that you had to drive around and find the key code box to get out ot the faucility. Unlike the other Prestiage storeage units that I have, when leaving you just drive up to the gate and it lets you out, not having to enter a key code to get out is nice.

I have no problem with the storage unit but my gate code never worked. It was very frustrating upon first arrival and not being able to enter! Have used the backup code the whole time
