Storage space goodHad some difficulty at the entry gate

Was exceptional experience from start to finish. Needed a short term shortage solution moving from AZ. Prestige storage went above an beyond making for a smooth transition. Shoutout to Ryder for making everything happen behind the scenes. Would recommend & use again if the situation arose.

Ryker was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Storage unit worked great for storing my brother in laws car.

The Experience was flawless, called and the Employee stated there was a discount online so I signed up online and went right in and everything was exactly as it should be. I will definitely suggest this storage space to friends and family!

All good except all the required initial paperwork.Unit was clean and property maintained.I am old school and liked the face to face contact with the facility representative!

The customer service was outstanding. The young man, Ryder, really knows his job, and he knows how to speak to the public! The unit assigned to me was clean.

We had some trouble with our storage unit. There was someone else's things in it. Eventually, we got another unit. The next time we visited, we couldn't get the lock to work. Fortunately, Roland was the and fixed the problem, which was the unit door being off its track. Thank you, Roland!

This is my second time renting with Prestige and it’s been a great experience both times!!!

Had no issues

They were super nice. My emails were answered promptly. I didn't have to ask many questions because they covered everything when we signed up.
