I was very pleased with the customer service. When I arrived, the employee (Jason, I think?) who completed my rental was very helpful and friendly and answered my questions. I feel confident that if any issues arise during my use of the storage space, the staff at Prestige Storage will be capable and willing to assist me.

Well? Once we connected I had an exemplaryexperience.. it was my bad- I was on foot and got lost but Amy and Cathy Gil were super every inch of the way.The Ypsilanti facility is very clean. I’m impressed .
