Snowplows putting snow against entry doors was a show of laziness

Here’s why I gave you a poor rating. We have been with you for a year with no issues. You had automatic withdrawal for payment. We never missed a payment. I receive a text stating that I’m locked out because I didn’t sign a new contract. I overlooked the contract in an email and did not see it. I didn’t appreciate the threat that now. I’m locked out from what is mine when you still had access to take the payment. Some kind of phone call or warning would’ve went over a lot better versus just receiving a text.When I spoke to the lady on the phone, it didn’t seem like either the consumer/customer mattered. That’s why I terminated my stay with you.

The storage unit was clean, there was locked like indicated on the website, and it was an easy process getting in and out of the gate.

It was clean but there was a wasp nest over my unit, the gate only worked once in the month I rented.

Easy access. I even got a call when I had not locked up the unit properly. Property is clean and dry
